The Cornwall 'Worrying About Money?' leaflet is a straightforward resource for people facing financial crisis and support workers to quickly see available cash first support options and which local agencies are best placed to help. This one-hour online training is for frontline staff and volunteers who may have brief conversations with people about their money worries or financial struggles as part of their work. - Warm spaces training: Creating a welcoming space
Wednesday 14 December 6pm Online
This session will provide hints, tips and ideas to enable Warm Welcome spaces to be as welcoming as possible for all those attending. This will include practical suggestions about the environment, equipment and atmosphere as well as recommendations about sustainability into the future. There will also be examples of how to support and equip volunteers and maintain boundaries for all. Register here.
