Welcoming our new Social Media & Communications Officer

We are delighted to introduce our new Social Media & Communications Officer Aurore:

‘Originally from Brittany, I relocated to Cornwall seven years ago with my husband and two children. In the first ten years of my career, I worked both in France and the UK to support the delivery of arts and cultural projects that fostered local engagement and skill development.

Since living in Cornwall, my professional path has evolved towards delivering impactful marketing and communications campaigns, aimed at promoting funding opportunities for local businesses and organisations. Prior to joining the Transformation Cornwall team, I spent five years in Cornwall Council's Economic Growth Service. My role involved communicating about wide ranging projects, spanning services supporting businesses and individuals in Cornwall to ground breaking research and innovation programmes. During that time, I gained a great insight into the history, economy, and the vibrant communities of Cornwall.

In every role I undertake, my primary objective is to make a positive impact by facilitating individuals in embracing new and enriching experiences. Working in communications allows me to spotlight the exceptional work happening around us, strengthen collaboration and assist people in accessing the support they need to improve their lives. I am thrilled to embark on a new chapter with the Transformation Cornwall team and I look forward to contributing to the vision of making Cornwall a more equitable and inclusive place for all.’
