Cornwall Council have published their report on the IMD Data 2019.
The Index of Multiple Deprivation (IMD) is a national measure of deprivation that is performed once every four years.
The report list the 17 neighbourhoods in Cornwall with the highest levels of deprivation. These neighbourhoods are in the top 10% most deprived areas in England.
The number of neighbourhoods from Cornwall that are ranked within the top 30% least deprived areas in England was 21 in 2019, up from 16 in 2015.
