A fast paced, practical and thought provoking day. Resources for you to take away, and ideas that you can use within your circuit and church. An opportunity to upskill through professional support, share good practice, be challenged and inspired.

Organised by the South West Peninsula Methodist District

Where: The HUB, Carnon Community Methodist Church, Carnon Downs, Truro TR3 6HY (parking available)

Themes

A new resource understanding how to help break the homelessness cycle. Mental health strategies from Healthy Cornwall, safeguarding support, new health initiatives to support the vulnerable, grant advice for social justice initiatives.

Who is this day for?

Charities and Housing providers, volunteers who support the young and old, families, warm welcome spaces, food banks, lay workers, ministers and superintendents.

Transport provided for those attending by train from Truro station to the event. Pick up from station 10.00 am drop back to the station 14.30

A Free Lunch will be provided, please indicate what type of pasty you require, Trad/Veg/Vegan
