Transformation Cornwall is looking for a passionate, people-centred Development Manager to help strengthen grassroots, faith-rooted and community-led social action across Cornwall.
This is a chance to walk alongside small charities, community groups and churches — building confidence, sharing skills, and amplifying lived experience so communities can thrive.
What you’ll do
- Provide 1:1 organisational development support
- Design and deliver workshops, training and peer learning
- Build trusted relationships with grassroots groups
- Support collaboration across the VCSE and faith sectors
- Capture insight, stories and data that show real impact
We’re looking for
Someone with experience in the VCSE or community sector, brilliant relationship-building skills, and a commitment to inclusion, empowerment and community-led change.
